Well on first impressions im very happy with the 1st member of staff elliot pelvin who is very knowledgeable, straight forward and real and doesnt beat around the i thoughy he was the solicitor as he speaks so professional and kind. I have great faith inn this company as elliot pelvin has set some real good standards for a new client like myself and i feel very confident to fight the opposition. I will write anothet review once i receive service from the rest of the company. I originally wrote this review 15 march 2023. As i stated i would update.
My case was assigned to alex cooke not once has this person called me, i spoke to another member of staff when alex was on annual leave cant remember her name but just like elliot she was knowledgeable, polite and really helpful. Anyway i was given a dead line for my opposition to respond i emailed alex cooke for a update and he still never responded. I ended up calling the form and told them the lady who answered how dissatisfied i was with alex cooke conduct and i would like to speak to his manager, i was told i would be called back over a hour as the manager would need to familiarise himself with my case okay thats fine. When the call finally came it was a man called craig from the get go he was rude kept repeating himself like im and dont know my own case, he even lied about the gentleman who i was lead to belive was a surveyor but have now been told it was an agent and his role was just to get me to sign paper worker. I dont know what sort of company this is but either the reviews are fake or i unfortunately got two horrible useless petty men from a firm that is supposed to be five star. Ive never dealt with solicitors and because you voice your opinion that you are not happy with your case handler the very next day they will terminate your case. All i can say avoid avoid and beware of the staff i have mentioned.!!!!!! These people are supposed to investigate and fight for you and tell the truth within the law.
