This is my first experience of using My Local Solicitor - Haverfordwest. I had a Vexatious Applicant issue that was resolved quickly and satisfactorily in my favour. I found Elaine Gunning to be very knowledgeable, giving me sensible easy to understand advice and timely communication. I would reccommend MLS for anyone looking for a good local solicitor at a very reasonable rate.

Development of new periodic contract - Wales Rental Homes act
Elaine Gunning - what a star. Excellent service, efficient , effective, able to translate very challenging new Wales Rental Homes act into an accessible language. Great sense of humour (she needed it with this crazy bit of legislation) - was able to give us the support and help to not rewrite out periodic contract but also help with giving notice to tenants . You get this wrong under the new legislation and you are stuffed !!. Diolch yn fawr iawn Elaine.

A Sigh of Relief
I approached Elaine Gunning upon a recommendation locally, she was instantly very professional and gave very clear advice.
She assessed the facts and ran through options while considering my thoughts and feelings going forwards; her service was impeccable and her words very reassuring.
As the matter had an emotional aspect, as many legal issues do, Elaine made sure of my concerns going forward and included me in every necessary aspect of the process as we addressed the other party. This was to ensure I was prepared for any external reaction and could handle things my end at a personal level.
While I hope I have no reason to ask for Elaine’s service again, I feel incredibly comfortable knowing that she is my local solicitor and feel very happy to approach her again should I need her.
It’s also fantastic that Elaine makes this service so accessible, clearly translating legal jargon for pedestrian ears and making her services affordable while maintaining such a high standard of caring and efficiency.

A delight to work with
