Clive prides himself on providing expert and practical advice with a friendly and approachable practice style in which the client’s interests always come first. A down to earth and realistic approach ensures that a client does not waste costs pursuing a hopeless claim and negotiations and proceedings will be conducted in a manner to ensure the best possible outcome for clients at the least possible cost both in money terms and emotionally. Writing a Will or preparing a Lasting Power of Attorney is a further service that Clive can provide and most Wills can be prepared and finalised during the course of a single meeting in the comfort of your own home at a fixed cost. Employing state of the art IT and operating from a “virtual” office allows Clive to provide an efficient and flexible service with client meetings taking place in the client’s home or office or at an appropriate venue convenient to the client and at a time to suit the client. This is a new way of working and virtual meetings conducted by telephone or by webcam on Skype are also available by arrangement. These are legal services for the 21st Century
