My long association with jbgass from 2010 on purchasing, to 2024 on final details of sale of this leasehold property enables me to comment with some authority.
Ravinder and Rick Barrow being the main contacts from 2021 to 2024 and their perseverence with the associated problems of this leasehold property has been much appreciated. The failed contracts and incompetency of Estate agents,plus the difficulties encountered in attempting professional discussions with the
“Landlord” and builders,made the task of jbgass an extremely challenging one.
My legal fees were high due to the two failed sales,before the final completion and in no way reflects on jbgass.
I would recommend jbgass in the future from my personal experience of dealing with Rick Barrow and Ravinder Kaur. Other support staff have been helpful but over the three years of negotiations,are too numerous to mention.

I had a very complex issue of needing to sell my Mum's house but although she does own it and has for many years, we couldn't find the deeds and mum too mentally ill to be able to recall where she had put them. A nightmare for me as Mum's LPA advocate! Nicola Lloyd was my saviour for all of the solicitor/ legal work that needed to be done to actually prepare the house for sale. I hadn't a clue what needed to be done and or of the meaning of legal terms, but very competent, kind Nicola helped me through all of this until she left. Following Nicola leaving Tetyana Rayman took over to deal with all legal matters in selling the house. Tetyana has been great in again what for me was an out of depth for my knowledge issue of selling the house as the sale was not at all straight forward (well not to me).
As I write this I hope that we are very fast approaching the end of the process. For me if the house is sold it will be a massive burden off my back. All of my heartfelt thanks.

Overall the service was very good however as first time buyers with no experience I did find we would have benefited from a bit more guidance and explanations about what everything meant when completing all the paperwork, as well as with all the different stages and processes. This would have helped alleviate some of our stress.
