The property conveyance process was shorter than predicted which was good news.
We had however repeated requests for information and documentation which had already been provided on several occasions.
Answers I gave to the buyers solicitors questions to my solicitor were passed on without being read which I believe would have saved more time and avoided repeat emails.
There was confusion about the names of the clients and powers of attorney right throughout the whole process with incorrect documentation being produced, up to and including the final surplus funds instruction form.

Frances Magee at the Stockton branch handled the conveyancing of my dad’s property and, quite frankly, I couldn’t have asked for a better service. She was always on hand when required and dealt with all my inquiries efficiently and politely. Selling the family home is a stressful experience and Frances made the process much easier.

Fantastic service from Maria Northrop's conveyancing team at TBI Stockton when buying our house; they were incredibly efficient. We cannot thank them enough for their diligence and part in ensuring that we moved into our new property by a specific deadline (indeed, had it not been for our sellers solicitor, we'd have moved in weeks before we actually did).
