Appointments with RRL Wills Ltd. Never having needed a solicitor before , and having a very unhelpful experience online with a very pushy company then several telephone calls with people who really didn’t inspire me to make further contact . Several months later deciding it was really necessary to put our affairs in order , we were delighted to make contact with RRL Wills who came recommended by a trusted friend . From the very first appointment we felt not only that our needs were in safe hands but that nothing would be too much trouble. Being able to ring and talk to our solicitor if we were not sure of something was never a problem she was always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. The length of time taken from our first appointment to the conclusion of our business was exactly as we had been advised . We would not hesitate to recommend or use this firm again.
