Mark came as a recommendation to my brother and I when we needed some help with the conveyancing work on the sale of our late father's house. Whilst the transaction on paper was straightforward (chain free residential sale) it got a bit prolonged and Mark was able to safely and calmly steer us through the bumpy bits - working past a couple of unusual contract requests and late demands from the other party to the transaction, ultimately successfully completing on the transaction.

The service provided by Mark was of great quality and thoroughness. Going through our first house purchase it was quite daunting but Mark helped us to understand the process and all of the important information required when purchasing a house. Not only did he provide us with updates on the progress of the purchase, but also held an in person meeting which we found especially useful for our house purchase.
