my name is Richard i was a client of Gavin Fox,from the start he explained everything in a step by step way and was absolutely professional and i have to say i liked the guy a lot. i felt he was really on my side and i strongly disagree with the some of the petty reviews he has gotten.. i would totally refer anybody looking for help in claims to look him up as you couldnt and i mean couldn't ask for better.

Do not go to this joker. When emails or calls answered- which is rare and under pressure- fobbed off for over a year- Their cheque even bounced! At the end of it all.

I am a professional in a specialist branch of healthcare and was commissioned/instructed by this firm as an expert on behalf of their client to produce a report in a post accident claim .My TOA ( terms of appointment) and an estimate of the likely fees involved had been submitted beforehand.
An appointment was offered within a short time and the report was provided within a few days of examining their client.
Invoices submitted have been ignored to date, and letters and e-mails produce no response.

From the word go it has been an uphill stressful struggle. Starting with my solicitor walking out half way thorough negotiations no one telling me. If it wasn't for me chasing them I would have never known.secondly I had an offer on the table but again no one told me I had to Chase it.now finally they received my payout a month ago and I still haven't managed to get it.First it was lost cheque twice.Now it is a very outraged bacs service that they said they have done but still no joy..My advice to anyone Stay well away..Terry marden
