After a very unpleasant and disturbing breakdown in my relationship it looked like I was going to lose my home, a home that I had paid the whole deposit for and had paid the mortgage on my own for over 6 months. My ex partner would not sign the house over to me, even though there was no equity in it and he paid nothing toward the deposit, my mortgage deal was coming to an end, I was never going to be able to afford the new payments. Kirsty stepped in and literally saved the day, she contacted my ex and due to her professionalism and persistence he finally signed the papers. I can never thank her and her team enough, I can now enjoy my home with my baby girl without having to worry about losing it, I will be eternally grateful and cannot recommend Kirsty enough. If I could give 10 stars I would, I am so happy!!

Absolutely brilliant service – went above and beyond to save our chain! We wanted to leave this review to say a huge thank you to Kirsty Jones, her assistant Lauren,Sue and everyone at the firm for the incredible help and support they gave us during our recent house sale and purchase. From day one, Kirsty was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Lauren and Sue were also fantastic – keeping us regularly updated and making sure nothing slipped through the net. We used Kirsty Jones and her team for both our house sale and the purchase of the property we moved into. Most notably, the week before the agreed date to exchange contracts, the buyers solicitor, also used Slee Blackwell but the Braunton branch ,went on holiday. This directly threatened our agreed exchange date and would have caused everything to stall, putting our whole chain at risk. However, true to form, Kirsty stepped straight in – sending a colleague to the Braunton branch to take over the workload and keep everything moving forward. In short: 0/10 for their solicitor, but a solid 10/10 for Kirsty! Add to this, Kirsty and her team completely made up for the slow, unhelpful involvement we had from our estate agent. The agent let things drag, didn’t communicate and brought nothing but problems and unresolved issues to us, while Kirsty was proactive, reliable, and determined to get the job done. We cannot recommend Kirsty Jones, Lauren and Sue highly enough. If you want conveyancing handled properly, with people who will go the extra mile when it matters most, look no further. Joke of a firm. Elizabeth Duncan is the worst solicitor ever, I got £8,000 from a lawsuit that was worth £30,000 I paid for a consultation for a solicitor who read my court case against the NHS and he said that Elizabeth only put forward a clam with regards to the injury’s sustained and nothing else.

A wonderful & professional service throughout from Kirstie & Lauren, in what can be a very stressful situation.
