A refreshing approach to (for me) a complex matter
We had an issue recovering VAT on a property sale. The solicitors who handled the sale were unsure as to how to recover our loss.
We were introduced to Kathy at Every’s who took on the case and was able to suggest a procedure to resolve the matter. She covered our loss from the buyer and at all times kept us informed and involved in the process.
It is refreshing to have some one who is commercially minded on side to resolve issues such as this.
