We contacted Richard Nelson LLP for advice and potential dispute between our selves and the school that or Grandson goes to. After giving them a brief of the problem over the phone Louise called us back with the and ran through in detail the issues we were having. she then guided us through the process of explaining our rights and also those of the school so that we had a full and rounded picture of likely outcomes. Louise then made contact on our behalf with the school and ensured we had all information we need to ensure we had a positive outcome. Good morning, this feedback is for Louise (Louise O’Driscoll/ F0348-1-6/ 11615). Louise has offered her guidance and advice for the school appeal of my daughter. We were successful and delighted with the outcome. However independently from the outcome, I can honestly say that Louise is knowledgeable about the school appeal process. Louise has patiently guided me through the process, and how to: (1) best present the personal circumstances of our case; (2) challenge the evidence provided by the school for not admitting my daughter. As a working mum and fully committed solicitor, she is swamped, but she always promptly returned my calls and e-mails. I am very fortunate to have met and been offered her services. I first made contact with Richard Nelson via a google research. My specialty is swimming Instructor. After searching through many DBS specialists I came across Richard Nelson, thankfully! Their reviews from past clients and speaking to the administrator over the phone made my decision to use them as my representation I was appointed Mark who from start to finish was professional, down to earth and most of all reassuring with what the process entails and how we were going to respond. The all process was completed in a timely and organised manner by Mark allowing plenty time to process, amend then submit the application I really can’t thank Richard Nelson as a company and most importantly Mark as my assigned DBS specialist solicitor Highly recommended!

After much research into firms who dealt with SRA regulatory matters, Richard Nelson LLP offered the most advice and reassurance from the off. Following a lengthy initial consultation with Steve Roberts free of charge, I felt under no obligation to instruct but Steve was happy to offer initial advice. It was an easy decision to instruct Steve and after 10 years of attempting to deal with the SRA myself, thanks to Steve and Shannon I am now succesfully on the path to admission to the roll. Shannon Keenan who assisted on my case was thorough and extremely helpful throughout. Combined Steven and Shannon offer a way for solicitors and legal professionals the clear and precise route that needs to be taken. I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. The attorney who was handling my case failed to complete my paperwork even after I had fully paid all the agreed fees. After we finalized everything from my side and I paid the full amount, my documents remained pending for an entire year. During that time, I repeatedly tried to contact her for updates, but she did not respond to my messages. This lack of communication and delay caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and accountability, especially after fulfilling all my financial obligations. I hope the firm takes this matter seriously and improves its communication and commitment to clients.

There are often delays by HM Land Registry which are outside of our control, where they often take over a year before completing a registration. However, it sounds like there were potentially communication issue where we could have done better to manage your expectations and to communicate with you.
