After having a bad experience with another solicitors in bournemouth, I was not holding out much hope. After speaking with Charlotte Grant at Lacey’s (B’mth) my faith has been restored. Charlotte was the consummate professional that went above and beyond to help guide me with a very difficult situation. She was so kind, attentive and reassuring that I am left feeling so much better about my situation. I would advise others to use Lacey’s as they are not just about getting your money as quickly as possibly but want to help you as a person in your moment of need.
