Great legal service- can't imagine better - purchase freehold

What a calming, attentive, professional service we received from Emily Fitzpatrick. It started from when we phoned round solicitors to find out about buying our freehold. Emily got back to us immediately and generously explained the whole process, and costs. (Good value for money, and very transparent). It was a few months before we returned, and then she guided us through, taking the time to listen to our concerns about the politics of dealing with our freeholder and managing agent - exploring how to deal with outstanding repairs, and fellow leaseholder who lives In Australia. She was so swift in getting back to us. Really robust in putting our concerns forward, whilst explaining the pros and cons of all actions- her depth of knowledge of freeholds is great. I didn't know solicitors could be so helpful and proactive, my previous experience of solicitors has been conveyancing residential sales, and I have never had such a good experience.

Best solicitor I have ever used!

Matt Hollamby helped me secure a lease extension on my flat. Despite covid causing delays, I did not notice it due to Matts attention to detail, speed, and care. Matt ensured I was always up to date, explained things to me to ensure I understood and was always polite and friendly. My lease almost fell through multiple times but Matt took it in his stride and resolved every single issue. It was the most stress free experience I have ever had with a solicitor! I cannot recommend highly enough - if you need a lease extension, this company is who you NEED to go with. Brilliant service, quick, professional and knowledgeable. 10/10

Residential lease extension

I recently needed to extend the lease on my property & came across Commonhild and Leasehold Experts limited.
Matthew Hollamby dealt with my application & I can recommend him highly. He was patient & knowledgeable & available to answer any question I had as it was the first time I had to do this.
The whole process was dealt with efficiently & as painlessly as possible.
I recommend the firm & Matthew in particular.
