Simply Astounding Level of Service!

We used Goodlaw to sell our leasehold flat and buy a freehold house this year. There were many unexpected issues and time constraints against us and at certain points we really did think we would lose our dream property.

However, thanks to George and his impeccable service and knowledge and really going above and beyond for us, he managed to get everything over the finish line.

I genuinely feel if we hadn't used him for our sale and purchase we wouldn't have completed.
He was very approachable and was always available and kept us informed constantly. Every time a stumbling block arose he worked diligently to find a solution and rectify.

We cannot recommend him enough and he is an absolute credit and asset to Goodlaw.

Thank you once again George for all your hard work!

Selling and Buying Houses !

Goodlaw Solicitors were recommended to us by our Estate Agent and we are very pleased with the service and support provided by Ellie And Kirsty with regard to the sale of our house, and subsequent purchase of our new home.
At every point of things, we were kept up to date with proceedings, and everything was patiently explained when we had questions. All in all, a very professional service was provided, which helped us through some stressful moments in the process, and we always felt confident that our interests were being looked after. We would certainly recommend Goodlaw Solicitors to friends and family, and would like to say a wholehearted thank you to Ellie and Kirsty for all their efforts.

Outstanding SErvice Provided

We dealt with Owen Walsh in the main and also Gareth Collins - a reasonably complex transaction which was handled professionally and with pace by both. Clear communication and speedy responses kept us fully informed throughout. Understandably these things do take time to complete, however being kept informed and emails responded to the same day and with clear and easy to understand responses took away any pressure we felt during this process. Thank you

Just completed my sale using GoodLaw Solicitors and what can I say. Fantastic service is an understatement. I switched legal firms from PPL because of time requirements and its the best decision I ever made. Janek was fantastic from start to finish. Will be reccomending them to everyone. Thanks Janek and team.

A client

GoodLaw are amazing, but it is a shame about the steps or more that we don’t have a law that makes the CONservative government fund accessibility rights for all, in all buildings. In the mean time. Much love & strength to you all.

We chose GoodLaw Solicitors and are delighted with our choice. It was our first experience with a conveyancer and George Coomber was superb throughout. Communication was excellent, all queries were responded to within 48 hours and often 2-4 hours. Even our trickier queries were dealt with quickly and professionally. We felt confident with George on our side and all legal advice was sound. He was very transparent with progress throughout and fees. Only slight issue was that all verification had to be completed via paper copies in the office. Would definitely look to use again and would recommend when buying locally!
