Stevenson Vaile Solicitors handled two properties for me, one sold and one purchased. If I had to sum them up in a word, their service would be nothing short of ‘excellent’. Heather’s patience, knowledge and reassurance guided me effortlessly through the complexities of the conveyancing process. I felt supported and reassured through, at times, complex decision making. In Heather’s short absence on annual leave, Fiona seamlessly stepped in … and a huge thank you to the whole admin team behind the scenes. Stevenson Vaile are completely on it. You speak with real people, never left second-guessing and they work with you (their client). They are amazing. Amazing solicitors

Me and my husband are first time buyers and the level of support the solicitors provided was outstanding. We managed to purchase our house in a month, which during covid pandemic and the demand at the moment due to the lifted stamp duty was very impressive. They were very easy to contact throughout the process, either by email or phone. We had a lot of questions and needed a lot more explained to us, being first time buyers, but they always had so much time for us and never made us feel like we were causing any inconvenience. They are definitely someone you can have full confidence in, they are open and honest and keep you continually updated. I could not recommend more! Also very competitive price!
