Property claim

Hannah has been exceptional in helping me with a property claim.
When another solicitor messed up the claim and took 2 years to just mess me around I got help from Hannah as another independent solicitor.

Hannah always replied promptly and helped with any queries I had as well as solved the problem within 6 months successfully. Such a pleasure to work with a solicitor who knows what they are doing. Would highly recommend and use again if needed.

Construction contracts

We engaged Adam to provide us with some training on the most common form of construction contract, relevant to our line of work. Adam explained in a very easy to understand format and we subsequently engaged him to write a bespoke sub-contract for our use. All clauses were clearly explained and minor tweaks made when required during a negotiation. We were kept informed of any risks that may require consideration and we were able to make informed decisions.

Belligerent!!!

Do not expect any assistance, empathy, consideration, tact or good old fashioned customer service. Brought unnecessary stress to a dying man. Refused to confirm the funeral wishes of the said dead man to his next of kin. There for the grace of we chose correctly. I guess at 50/50 odds we got lucky! Having waited 4 weeks for a will reading we drove 160 miles to be told your need to book another appointment for that!! Wow wow wow! Poor comms from start to finish. Zero empathy in fact on arrival the lady said Mr x have you your ID? Everyone else in the process of dealing with the deceased estate have all started with as I am sure you reading this would sorry for your loss. Palmers no they don’t give a . They have several departments of law. This is really the one and only delay to at needs to show empathy. It’s ok though as when you research other companies they are more than happy to spend time discussing how to execute a will. Palmers must of assumed my parents die all the time and that this for me is water of a ducks back! STEER CLEAR! Ask your relations to do there will elsewhere and save the people they leave behind the stress and anxiety in what will be your most difficult moments.
