Another superb experience.

Maxine did the conveyancing for the sale of our property. She previously dealt with the purchase of our daughters house and on both occasions has been brilliant, keeping us fully informed all along let alone thorough, efficient and professional.

Many thanks, we will use you again next time!

Thank you Rachel Francis

I used Tolhurst Fisher based on my experience of using them for my mortgage (December 2022).
I got in touch this time round to enquire about making a will. Straight away, I was contacted my Rachel Francis who invited me to attend a meeting. I had a lovely initial meeting and she put my mind at rest as I felt quite anxious talking about my own will. Rachel was very quick in getting my will put together and so professional, sensitive and friendly. I highly recommend. I'm very happy with the service.

Couldn’t recommend them enough.

In an extremely challenging time going through divorce and house sale proceedings, it was made allot easier by Tolhurst Fisher. Amy Hadley was efficient, clear, and very knowledgeable when dealing with the legal side of the divorce, and Charles Latham is always a pleasure to deal with for house conveyancing. Several of the wider team were instructed in the chain also so that speaks volumes. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Nigel Holdcroft and Charles Lathem

In instructed Nigel Holdcroft at Tolhurst Fischer to represent me in a litigation matter. Do not use this man or this company for litigation. Holdcroft himself identified a relevant statement that he was going to ask the civil court to disclose. After paying out £700 for the application hearing, Holdcroft forgot to ask for this statement.

The trial has a potential start date for the 1st of February 2017, only a week before this date, Holdcroft informed me that I needed a barrister to represent me. In the previous 5 months of my instruction not once I told that I needed a barrister. How could instructions be sent to a counsel and properly reviewed one week before a trial. Let alone if a barrister could be forund to represent you at such short notice!!!

These are other issues that I can't be bothered to list but be warned if you instruct this firm. The complaints handling partner needs to go to spec savers as he just did not read my complaint properly.

Be warned if you go to this company.
