Lisa has been working on behalf of me for over 1 year and I have felt strong support throughout.
Every piece of advise was correct and we achieved the goal I wanted from outset.
Lisa or her team were always at the end of the phone almost immediately, very rarely I had to wait to speak to her, if so, it was within half an hour I received a call back.
At times she knew my case/personal circumstances better than I did myself, which shows her attention to detail and memory is nothing short of phenomenal.
Lisa was always honest and knowledgeable and I felt a really strong personal experience, delivering the highest gold star service.

I contacted Joel on the recommendation of a family member for help with what I feel was not a straightforward case. After nearly 2 years of not being heard Joel took on my case and became a voice for me that would be listened to, he made what was a very difficult time for me a whole lot easier. Everything was very clearly explained to me in a way that I could understand throughout the proceedings and I was always given very realistic expectations of what the outcomes might be when attending court. Joel always kept me informed and up to date when communicating with the other parties on my behalf. I feel joel went above and beyond to support me, for which I am extremely grateful. I do feel that If it hadn’t been for Joel representing me, I may not have got the outcome that I wanted and deserved regarding my case.

Had amazing service from Liza Jary, she went above and beyond to get sale completed in record time. She is very responsive, always promptly respond to both telephone call and email and come backs quickly for any query. I have dealt with different people at the office but the main point of contact has been Jody Williams and her communication has been great!
