Excellent, a first class service!

Kaylee, Anna and the Rainer Hughes Family Law team have provided us with an absolutely first class professional service. Excellent communications, great documentation and good advice. We couldn’t fault their professionalism, level of commitment and friendly support and assistance. We would be happy to recommend them.
Further we have used Rehana for a related property and conveyancing matter which was also handled in a very professional and timely manner.
Many thanks to the Family Law team at Rainer Hughes

Super efficient!

Lauren went absolutely above and beyond to ensure that the purchase our first property completed in time for the stamp duty holiday - so much so that from viewing to completion was a matter of 7 weeks! She kept us informed every step of the way and ensured that any questions we had were dealt with promptly.
What an amazing first purchase experience. We would definitely go through Lauren for any future properties as well as recommend her to any friends and family. Thanks again Lauren!

Making a Will under the Will aid scheme

I found Michael Casson of Rainer Hughes, Shenfield, on the Will aid website. I called and was booked in for an appointment very swiftly. I received information via email and completed a Will questionnaire. My appointment was on time, well informed, I felt listened to and in control of what I wanted in my Will and the fee I paid goes to Will aid and their great charities! All the staff in the office were polite, informative and welcoming. A very pleasant experience and I Will be going back for any legal advice I need in future. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly recommend these solicitors having bought and sold property through them. They are very approachable to deal with and got my transactions through very efficiently. Although I now have moved 75 miles away I will continue to use them.

We recently sold a retirement flat in Brentwood using the conveyance services of Rainer Hughes. These properties can prove quite complex to negotiate because of the lease, restrictive covenants and time delays in dealing with landlords and management companies etc. However, Rainer Hughes conducted our sale in a professional and timely manner and I can recommend their services without hesitation. We were advised of the process and timescale at the outset and given an accurate quotation for the sale; the quotation reflected the final costing without any additions. We were kept fully informed of the process and the buyer's requirements throughout the conveyance and had prompt replies to our phone calls and e-mails. I have no hesitation in recommending Rainer Hughes for helping with the conveyance of properties. Special thanks to Senay Talat, Natalie Hayward and Hannah Felix. We wish them continued success in 2024.
