Excellent Will Writing Service

I needed to update my Will and rewrite it with less legal jargon. Mitchell (paralegal) was extremely helpful in this regard and explained everything clearly. After one visit to their offices and a few emails I was sent draft hard copies of my new Will which I found very helpful. All queries were dealt with respectfully and quickly by Michell. The signing and witnessing of the Will was made easy by a second visit and I am very pleased with the outcome, my mind is now at rest. I would definitely use Rainer Hughes again for any other legal matters.

Sanjay Panesar ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I, and an elderly member of my family, owe a great debt of gratitude to
a trusted friend who recommended Rainer Hughes to us four years ago.

Since then, Sanjay Panesar, a senior partner at the practise, has provide exemplary counsel on a range of legal issues, all resulting in very happy and satisfactory outcomes.

Finding a good solicitor can be a lottery, I was hesitant of using a solicitor who wasnt based in the same county as us may course issues in the way of holding meetings etc, this was not the case at all and Our experience with Sanjay and his
team leads me unhesitatingly to endorse my friend's original recommendation.

Rainer Hughes deliver the highest levels of expert, professional legal advice and representation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The free bonus is that they are very 'user friendly', with a cracking sense of
humour.

Probably the finest practise in Essex and I would recommend them to anyone regardless of location.

Excellent Advice and Quality Service

I was the sole executor of a fairly complex Estate where Rainer Hughes had been involved arranging the will for my late father in law. My affairs were looked after by Michael Casson and Amanda Wright, with significant help at other times by various members of the team. Their expertise and knowledge were invaluable and I have no doubt that without their involvement and guidance we would not have had such a successful conclusion. The firm also handled the ultimate sale of the property without any hitches bearing in mind the imminent closure of the stamp duty window. Thank you and very highly recommended

Excellent Service

We used Rainer Hughes when selling my late mother’s property and Lauren made what was a difficult process for us bearable. The problems that arose due to the property being leasehold with an unresponsive and unhelpful management company were dealt with professionally and were overcome. Lauren kept us well informed of progress, and all three of us were copied into emails and consulted throughout. Phone calls were answered promptly, and Lauren provided clear explanations and advice. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Rainer Hughes, and in particular Lauren. I would certainly use Lauren for any future conveyancing. Thank you to Lauren and the rest of the team.

We recently sold a retirement flat in Brentwood using the conveyance services of Rainer Hughes. These properties can prove quite complex to negotiate because of the lease, restrictive covenants and time delays in dealing with landlords and management companies etc. However, Rainer Hughes conducted our sale in a professional and timely manner and I can recommend their services without hesitation. We were advised of the process and timescale at the outset and given an accurate quotation for the sale; the quotation reflected the final costing without any additions. We were kept fully informed of the process and the buyer's requirements throughout the conveyance and had prompt replies to our phone calls and e-mails. I have no hesitation in recommending Rainer Hughes for helping with the conveyance of properties. Special thanks to Senay Talat, Natalie Hayward and Hannah Felix. We wish them continued success in 2024.
