Unreservedly recommend

I sold my house and bought another with Cunningtons. Every single dealing I had with Kate Hunt and her team was positive. Every member of staff I spoke to was friendly, polite and helpful. Calls were returned as promised. I would highly recommend Kate and her team.

Highly recommend

This is my second time I have used Cunningtons at Chelmsford for house sale. They are an old established firm and the experience they have in the way they dealt with me was outstanding. At every corner of the transaction I was kept informed. I was able to contact them easily and if I left a message they promptly returned my calls. Unlike a lot of other solicitors they get on with the job. I would thoroughly recommend

Conveyancing - Perfection and rapid

We needed a very fast conveyance of 5 weeks from start to finish to obtain our new house. There were 5 parties in the chain and the work required to keep all parties on track with a view to completing in 5 weeks was considerable. There were two solicitors representing Cunningtons. Firstly, there was Tahira Khan - she completed the paperwork, ie searches, general enquiries etc in record time and kept ourselves, other parties' Solicitors and Estate Agents all on side. Over a period of 3 weeks Tahira prepared everything ready for exchange during the fourth week and completion during week 5. Tahira was on leave for week 4 and she left a comprehensive set of notes for her temporary cover. Tahira was substituted by Ravi Kale an extremely capable locum solicitor. The week to contract exchange needed someone who was cool but firm and in control and indeed someone who knew exactly what she was doing. Ravi Kale was perfect for this role and she was thorough, guided us through to contract exchange during week 4 explaining everything step by step as we went along. Both Tahira and Ravi are a credit to Cunningtons Solihull office especially their friendly and accommodating manner and their efficient way of working. We could not have achieved the conveyance of a chain of five within 5 weeks without their help.
Thank you all. Would we use Cunningtons again - definitely!

Excellent Service

Rachel Holohan of Cunningtons at Chelmsford, acted for us on sale and purchase June 2023.
I cannot recommend Rachel highly enough - Rachel and the team made what should have been one of the most stressful time a flowless transfer in a about three months time.
She was in constantly in communication and explained every step of the process.
I would definitely recommend Cunningtons and Rachel to any potential clients.
Many thanks.

Avoid

Obviously this firm works on quantity of cases over quality. Poor service, bare minimum work completed, no support or advice. If you have problems they simply hide behind their terms and conditions. Save yourself the worry and avoid.

Everytime an amazing service

The service I receive every time from Cunningtons due to their professional, experienced staff who always go beyond their duties is amazing.
It would be impossible to go through the purchase/sale of a property without their great help. A very first class service.
There are no words to thank all of them enough for everything they do, in particular Mr P. Fenton.
