She gave us a honest appraisal and marketed the property so that the first person to view put in a an acceptable offer and bought the property! The team at Thorntons was friendly and approachable, and everything has gone smoothly. Because we are at a distance, they conducted the viewings, and we quickly received an offer for our property. I visited Thoran Property on Saturday and was advised that Thoran Solicitors would help me on Monday with witness signatures for my affidavit. However, when I went to Thoran Solicitors, the receptionist informed me that they only provide witness signatures for their own clients. This caused me to waste my time and effort. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Thoran Property or Thoran Solicitors to anyone who is not already their client, especially for services like witnessing affidavit signatures.
