I was recommended Taylor Bracewell by my estate agent. I spoke to Richard at the beginning and was told my purchase should take approximately 8/10 weeks for completion. It did however take around 15/16 weeks mainly due to the sellers solicitor being very slow at responding to enquiries.
Sophie had sent enquiries to them in December and was still awaiting responses in February, when I expressed my concerns Sophie was efficient in dealing with this.
She gave me a completion date and I requested if she could possibly get it through the week before and although she was on leave that week she got this arranged and between her and Grace the completion went through.
I would recommend this company and would use them again.

My house purchase turned out to be more complex and drawn out than I originally believed, and I went through a number of conveyancers. However, Sophie, who handled much of the workload in the final stages, did an excellent job in keeping me updated, answering my questions, and ensuring the whole thing in the end went through smoothly. I would definitely suggest her to other people looking for a conveyancer in the area. Additionally, Emily Griffiths was also very helpful in the original stages.

The process was very slow to begin with and any correspondence with our original solicitor was very negative and they were difficult to get an answer from. Once we changed, it was much easier and the process moved much quicker with the communication improving drastically. Sophie was always happy to help and helped us get it over the line.
I have tried to keep my review focused on the second part of the process once we had changed solicitor.

100% Transparency from start to finish, always available for advice and communication was always given 100% percent in every aspect of our case nothing was done without prior consultation with us and always delivered in a way that we could understand nothing was too much trouble.
