Bad experience with Mr. Daniel.
I wanted to get an arabic document notarised.Initially, they gave me an appointment and told me on the phone that as long as I understand the Arabic language, they can notarise it.
When i went there, he had all sorts of lame excuses not to sign it. He wasn't happy with the draft, although I clearly told him that it was drafted by a lawyer in Saudi Arabia, and It has to be this way because I need to use it in Saudi Arabia. Then he said that He is happy to do it in English if i could bring a translation. When i agreed to that, he said that it might still need to be drafted again. I told him that ok, i can send him the draft first by email, and he can check it. But then he said, "No better to get a consultation first, and there will be separate charges for that.
Thank God, I left the office and didn't have to deal with him anymore. Wont call him a professional at all. Professionalism means that they should understand that people might have taken off from work and might have left their babies with someone just to attend an appointment, so they have no right to change their mind at the last moment.
Update: 17 april 2023.
In reply to your response, let me clarify that i was born and brought up in Saudi Arabia and i am fluent in Arabic language.but still your lawyer did not accept it, AS HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE LANGUAGE AND HE DID NOT LIKE THE DRAFT.
My point simple: dont waste people's time and have clear policies. THANKYOU
