Very unprofessional and rude
I hired CM Murray in an urgent matter for which i needed legal advice in 2018. I met them in person and they were friendly and welcoming. After I signed engagement and transferred initial fees, they pretty much disappeared. I came to their office several times and was told that no one was in the office, this was for the duration of 2 weeks. Whenever I could get someone on the line, it sounded like they were walking their dog or in a park.
Even though they clearly couldnt care less, given that I had already sent them a substantial sum of money I tried my best to continue working with them and get any sort of help. At the end of it they wrote to me that they are not qualified to handle my case and referred me to other solicitors. For this they charged me close to GBP10,000. Ridiculous and unprofessional. Simple extortion of money on the brink of being a scam
