Negative review all I can think off

I am specifically referring to Doyle and Clayton in Reading, a women there called Tina WIsener she handled my case poorly, didn't feel she made any differences to the case, she has lack of knowledge, not sure how she became head of reading office! I would avoid this women entirely and I bet my review will not be shown. George

Bizarre and awful experience

I contracted Doyle Clayton's services for a sensitive employment issue, where from the outset I made it very clear what my wishes were regarding the approach I would like to take.

The designated lawyer outlined all my options, then proceeded to ignore my every wish. Again and again, I stated my wishes over email - again and again I was ignored. This was in the midst of a highly stressful and toxic employment situation, where legal support was meant to be an assistance.

I continued to restate my wishes until it was so clear my wishes were being disregarded that I ended the engagement. In numerous emails I state my wishes very clearly, 'I want to resign immediately'. I am unsure how this can be mistaken for any other approach.

After submitting a complaint letter, Doyle Clayton's compliance officer responded with a document which is clear false representation and gaslighting. When I stated this was false representation, and provided the evidence why, the compliance officer responded with more false representation, claiming my wishes were not clear.

I have a young child, and had no other option but to resign from my employment. Doyle Clayton made this experience even more stressful than it already is and is now trying to charge me for that imposed stress (£2,000). Not to mention, they carried out work expressly against my wishes.

I spent 20 minutes on the phone with a new lawyer, from a different organisation, who gave me all the advice I needed to make an informed decision which has resulted in a very good outcome (the opposite approach Doyle Clayton was trying to force me to action).

I implore people not to use this law firm.

I highly recommend Naomi and will continue to seek her council for any of my corporate law needs

Naomi exceeded my expectations through a challenging grieving process. She was there with thorough council, exploring all angles and options from the 1st introduction call, all the way through to securing an exit, while being incredibly patient and understanding during a time of overwhelming stress.

Thank you for all the advice and help through this, its been an emotional roller coaster for me and been difficult at times to remain logical and focused When I do find my new home, I certainly won’t forget the help and if I can, I’ll certainly call again from the Employer side of the fence.

In hindsight I could not have made a better decision.

Having previously witnessed her expertise on TV, Helen was my first point of call when I was informed my employment of 23 years was ending. Helen manages to combine a forensic understanding of employment law with a crystal-clear understand of a client’s needs and wishes. Combine these attributes with an unerring tenacity to get the best for her client and you have a perfect ally at a time in life when one needs precise expert advice the most. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helen.

As always, we’re very grateful for your support with this exercise.

This was not an easy step for the firm nor I can imagine for the individuals involved, and you’ve helped to make this as gracious as possible which is no small feat.
