Lorna explained processes well and was patient talking us through some complex information. Legal procedures can be lengthy and time consuming and it's easy to get frustrated with them. We appreciated that doing things properly takes time and we'd rather get it right than rush. Legal support can seem expensive but you're paying for knowledge of complex and life altering issues.
