We have found Sobia very efficient and professional. She prompts us of to do's. Communicates clearly and effectively and passes on correspondence as we ask her to. We have had a tricky lease to negotiate, with a missing paper for land registry, and she has been able to communicate to our buyers solicitors effectively and coherently.
