Could not recommend Natalie enough. I have purchased 4 houses over the years and it has never gone as smoothly as with Natalie. She replies straight away, always had time for my questions. Was polite, kind, understanding, helpful and provided the best service I’ve ever received from a solicitor. For what can sometimes be quite stressful Natalie made the process easy.
Natalie is amazing at her job and to top it off provides fantastic client support

We were very fortunate to sell our house very quickly (within 2 days of going to market but the agreement was that we had move out by a certain date which put the pressure on to get things moving! Despite multiple hiccups, Shauna and Aimee speedy approach meant things progressed quickly and their in-depth searches meant we we informed and kept up to date throughout. Shauna was always available on the phone to discuss any issues and explain any legal terminology. Our move to Wales took 8 weeks including extra searches and immoveable deadline! Thank you Aimee and Shuana for a speedy service!

Honestly I can't recommend these guys enough! Any young first time buyers (or anyone in general), I implore you to go with Stephen Wilmot Solicitors. I completed on 28/07/2021. I had Lindsey as my conveyancer and I cannot thank her enough for all her help and support. Everyone knows that while the process of buying a house is exciting, it is also very stressful and incredibly daunting. But I can honestly say that Lindsey did everything in her power to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. She responded to my emails in a timely manner, always got back to me if I had any questions, provided reassurance, had excellent communication with me, and frankly Lindsey went above and beyond to help me. Please go with these guys!
