Worst solicitors ever! They have been dealing with a totally simple case from 2 years. They do not respond to messages for weeks, lost documents… each time only a small progress is made after a complaint. Horrible company!!!

Referred to them after a road accident by my insurance company. Like many law abiding citizens, I pay extra for legal cover but it is not fit for purpose. The accident was Sept 2022. Admiral Law lost the case for first 4 months! It was only after I enquired on the progress they admitted their failing. No further near to a resolution in Jan 2024.
Appalling communication, passed from one agent (could be a chat bot as no names ever provided in writing for accountability) to another asking for the same information. Did not obtain accident details from insurer. Takes weeks to months to get a response. They claim to call you when they don't, so they can update their records with attempts to communicate with client.

AVOID if you want your legal case resolved professionally and efficiently.

How is this a legit company?

Had a serious non-fault car accident 2.5 years ago from which i broke bones and lost my job. Still cannot get through to my admiral law case manager, every time i ring the call centre I get told they will ring me back but never do.

Every week I am asked for records that I have already provided, or details of the incident that i have been over 100 times in the last 2.5 years.

The whole incident has been so stressful, my mental health is deteriorating and I am now in debt, all because Admiral Law can not do their job or even have the decency to contact me.

Do not chose insurance based off price, because when something like this happens you will regret it.

Totally ignored unless I ring in!
Breached documents I hadn’t signed and refused to send to other side .. they sent.
No information given, incorrect information given.. passed from on case handler to another..

Lied to which has been proved.

Even when a manager is dealing with it nothing happens.

The complaints wait is in excess of 10 weeks … that shows how many people are in the complaint system

After a motor accident in March, I was entitled to 6 physiotherapy sessions for the injuries I sustained. The appointed doctor made Admiral Law aware of this in June, but Admiral Law did not contact me until October. Following which, I was told I'm no longer eligible for the physiotherapy appointments, because it was now outside the 6 month window. When I asked for a reason why I wasn't contacted when the report was reviewed in June, Cam Jones (Case Handler) could not provide a reason, and 1 week on, has still not replied to me.

I have sent numerous messages on their client portal to discuss further, all of which have been ignored.

All in all, Admiral Law KNEW I was entitled to treatment, and chose to withhold my access to a physiotherapist. AWFUL experience.

I have attempted numerous times to obtain an update on my case currently logged with Admiral Law, however have had no real corrispondence since January 2023.

My emails go unanswered and my access to their customer portal does not work.

Even after many emails they fail to respond.

Truly the worst company I have ever delt with. They are supposed to be acting on my behalf on a simple case of claiming for injuries I sustained during an van accident, nearly 2 year on they have achieved nothing.
Unless you badger them your case goes to the bottom of the pile and your lucky to hear from the once in every 6 months, and when you do they still have done nothing .
I'm left feeling angry and frustrated everytime I am in contact with them.
It all is just not worth the hassle.
I have surprisingly just had a lot of contact with them but its because they want all my in goings, out goings details of all my bank accounts, savings accounts, no chance am I handing this sensitive information to them, I was given a temporary hired vehicle as mine was written off ( part of my policy) and they want this information to prove to the other insurance company I couldn't afford to hire it myself,
But I could afford it but why should I pay for it if it's part of my policy.
2 year of stress. Still not received compensation for a simple cash that the other side admitted fault, you can't get anymore simple than I was stationary que'd in traffic when a car rammed me from behind at speed

A complete waste of money! I had my accident (non fault) in April 2022, it took until December 2022 to see one of their doctors, the accident severly affected my mental health and caused me to not be able to drive for a long time, despite me emailing them ive had no additional medical help or support whatsoever to date, the portal is a joke as no one replies unless you complain, i wouldn't recommend this company
