Preparation of mirrored wills and assistance setting up a bare trust

Matthew provided an excellent service in translating our requirements for the mirrored wills. He clearly explained the complexities of setting up trusts and answered all our our questions clearly, patiently and promptly. He also helped us set up a bare trust for our grandchild, although we felt that we did have to push for that support. Once agreed though, Matthew again progressed this to a timely conclusion. Matthew is very personable and we will certainly use him again if the need arises. Thank you Matthew.

From Frustration to Satisfaction

A company who practices their Mission Statement.
Having moved overseas my husband & I decided we needed to encash some previous UK investments. Despite sending full change of address, UK Bank details, LPA, copies of passports - all of which were legally Noterised as required; the investment company decided we were fraudsters!! After nearly 9 months of trying to satisfy them we resorted to Eric Robinson & Co. for help & guidance.
Dana Hughes made life liveable again!! After checking that we had been clients for many years previous she gave us a list of Noterised documents (all of which had been previously submitted & rejected) & dealt with the Investment Company. Amazingly we had the return of our Investments almost within the first month!! Unnecessary expense, but money well spent in achieving the end result. Thank You Dana.
