I went to Belcher Addison when selling my house upon the recommendation of a neighbour. I wanted a local solicitor as from past experience, I know it's useful to be able to meet in person, if necessary. Belcher Addison's receptionists are helpful and professional and answer the phone promptly. Forms are all electronic and the software works well. Walter's assistant, Tom dealt with the admin efficiently and was pleasant and helpful. The sale was not without it's complications and I really appreciated being able to both phone and meet with Walter to agree the best way forward and give me a bit of reassurance! It seemed that when we got over one hurdle another one would appear but knowing Walter was easily available for advice, really made a difference (to my sanity!). Walter was always prompt to respond and was very proactive in keeping the sale moving. These are difficult times for selling and I'm very grateful to Walter and Tom that the sale went through.

Thank you for an excellent stress free and efficient service
The conveyancing team were recommended to me and rightly so. They undercut Churchers by several hundreds of pounds and the service could not be faulted. There was regular communication and exchange of contracts took place very quickly following initial instructions. I'm so impressed I've asked them to assist with my probate affairs.

A Stress free conveyancing transaction

It has been two weeks since I moved into my new apartment, the mountain of boxes has gone, and I feel like I have settled in. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Belcher Addison for all their very professional help throughout this more complicated and difficult situation. I would like to thank both Walter & Tom for their kindness and professionalism throughout the most difficult time in my life. Awful company. Let me down multiple times. They seemed to forget who their client was and seemed like they were working for my ex partner. Mutiple promises made that were broken through out. I wouldn't use this company again or any company associated with them. Very slow conveyancing caused by a conveyancing executive not doing what she was asked.
