I was recommended Just Family Law by a mediator and I have been very happy with the service they have provided. The divorce was always going to be an expensive, stressful and lengthy process but Emma and Georgina made me feel so much better about everything, explained everything in a clear way and were always there to calm me down when I panicked about things! I was also able to have a payment schedule that I could afford which really helped. I would recommend Just Family Law without hesitation for their highly professional and personal service. Thank you!

Jo was superb in every sense, both on a professional and personal level, I cannot recommend her strongly enough. She made a difficult and traumatic time much smoother and much more straightforward using simple and understandable language. Quite simply she is the best you could ever hope for.

DO NOT USE JOANNE HOUSTON OF JUST FAMILY LAW. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, V SLOW AND DOESNT GIVE COPIES TO CLIENT OF IMPORTANT LETTERS WHICH SHOULD BE APPROVED BEFORE SENDING OUT I.E. DIVORCE SETTLEMENT OFFERS. STOPPED USING HER, 4 MTHS LATER HER ACCOUNTANT, SARAH LOWE CREDIT MANAGEMENT SENT ME LETTER SIMPLY REQUESTING AN AMOUNT OF MONEY. OF COURSE I QUESTIONED WHAT THIS WAS FOR, 12 MTHS LATER I RECEIVED DETAILS OF WHAT THE CHARGES WERE FOR AND GIVEN 7 DAYS TO PAY! NEVER RECEIVED INVOICE AT ANY TIME FOR THIS, ALL INVOICES I DID RECEIVED WERE PAID PROMPTLY. DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS BUT HAD TO GIVE ONE TO PLACE REVIEW.

Joanne Houston is the Principal and founder of Just Family Law and has practised as a divorce solicitor in the Hampshire area since 1991. Her expertise is recognised as a Resolution accredited specialist in high-net-worth ancillary relief and international family law. Joanne is also a fully trained and practising collaborative lawyer with 30 years experience in family law. Jo is supported by a hard-working and conscientious expert team; Georgina Suman is an experienced family lawyer practising in London, Emma Lewis is our children's law specialist solicitor based in Newbury and Winchester and Dallas Temple is our very experienced and capable legal secretary who may be the first person you speak to when you phone the office. We provide a full range of family law services at the start of new relationships when they break down and beyond. We act for married individuals, engaged couples, cohabitants, civil partners, ex-pats, grandparents and extended family members.
