Excellent service

Bretherton Law's conveyancing team were fantastic in helping me to buy my flat in an over-50s development. My purchase was made delayed by poor communication from the vendors, but Bretherton Law kept me fully informed at all times and offered helpful advice to speed up the process. They explained the terms of the lease in easy to understand terminology, and after I had moved in they successfully applied to the court to have the length of my lease extended. For a recently bereaved 82-year-old they made the conveyancing experience uncomplicated and pain-free, and I highly recommend Bretherton Law and their Residential Property team.

Terrible experience

Had to constantly chase for updates and it cost me over 6 times their own original estimation. They even sent me incorrect calculations that I had to review myself and amend
