Janice Brett is the best conveyancer I ever have
Purchasing and selling properties can be a stressful time and I am so happy to appoint Janice Brett from Hamilton Davies LLP as my conveyancer . She explains each step so clear and reacts any queries so quickly , so that you are fully informed at all times. She definitely takes the pressure away from the clients and endeavours to keep the transaction moving as smoothly as possible!

My experience of Hamilton Davies
You will only need a layer if you are truly in times of difficulty and I approached Hamilton Davies on 26 of Aug 2021.
Very uncaring and unprofessional ; not responding to messages on time taking days even weeks. Very quick in taking the 900£ retainer. Sat on my case for 6 weeks which is time that I cannot get back. Cut my ties with them when all they give me were excuses and delays after another.
Untrustworthy.

Excellent service
Needed to find a solicitor to assist me through divorce. Was struggling to find a divorce solicitor but found Hamilton Davies. From my very first phone call to reception to make enquiries and to actually have my divorce finalised the service from Hamilton Davies was brilliant. I have also used this firm for my Will and also Conveyancing. Well done Hamilton and Davies.
