On the downside at one point I had to chase a couple of times for a response (although in fairness a couple of close bank holidays may have thrown a spanner in the works). I found an error in a legal document but when this was pointed out it was quickly amended.
On the plus side information given verbally was accurate and encouraging, apart from the one occasion above, communication was prompt and informative at each stage in the process.
Follow up and closure of the case was as good as it could be.
I thought pricing for the service was on the upside of what it should have been given the straight forward 'off the shelf' nature of the case/request. Although costs were accurately explained at the beginning of the process getting a comparison with other legal providers is nigh on impossible without a great deal of work and expenditure of time. Overall service was professional and friendly and I would use the firm again if the need arose.
