Smooth and effecient process using Teams and email with the posting required for wet signatures. All done withing a couple of weeks and although the will taht resulted was not as close to the "plain English" style that I would have liked it was well done and covered all requirement. I was very happy with the letter of wishes and digital assets memorandum support/templates.

Rhiannon was friendly, quick to fully respond to any queries, and helpful. We have not written wills before and found the process with Lyons Bowe very straightforward. We were sent helpful explanatory information prior to our meeting. Rhiannon also clearly explained the process and what we needed to consider during our discussion. She promptly sent us the draft wills following our discussion and kept us informed on what we needed to do to complete the process.
