Due to my disability, I did not visit their office but discussed everything over the phone with Clare Wyett, who was very patient with me and captured all my requirements. A draft will was sent and I discussed any changes with Rajdeep Singh. I requested for the final sign off to be face-to-face and this was arranged in the Sheffield office.
