We used Shanna for a house exchange and it was an stress-full time for us as it had to be put through fast but Shanna and her team had everything ready to go before we even asked. Fantastic and we will never use anybody else. Everyone we speak to can’t believe how quickly it was all turned around. Thank you so so much we will be forever grateful.

We would highly recommend Shanna at Slee Blackwell Braunton. As first time buyers the process was completely new to us but Shanna made sure that she clearly explained all aspects to us and was happy to talk through any questions we had. I have purchased and sold over the years several homes, in London, Cambridgeshire and Yorkshire but none of the conveyancing has come anywhere close to being as fantastic as the ladies at Slee Blackwell in Barnstaple. Searches returned within 3 working days, an irksome query with egress/ingress discussed, fully explained and resolved to my satisfaction. This is a team, you really do not need to chase, I can fully assure they are 'full steam ahead' of their own volition.

I instructed Shanna to help me complete the sale of my property which is situated over 250 miles from where the property is situated as I knew that regardless of her location she'd get the job done quickly and efficiently without the tedium of chasing for progress which I have found to be par for the course with the majority of solicitors now.
