Easthams pursued a claim against Morrisons Supermarket for personal injury compensation for me after I tripped on rubbish spilled on to their pathway, fracturing my arm and breaking a rib. At first, Morrison’s denied liability but Easthams gathered appropriate evidence and negotiated a settlement through Morrison’s insurers. It took over 17 months to finalise, but it was a reasonable settlement. Easthams were good at keeping me updated and efficient at arranging the necessary legal paperwork and medical examinations.
