I used PM property lawyers for my purchase and sale and can say that Mollie and Annie kept me informed throughout the process. They communicate in a way that makes it clear to understand what is going on.

overall i had a poor journey on buying my first property which was a no chain transaction. I do feel like PM property lawyers did do their part overall but i couldn't say the same for the sellers side. There app is easy to use and reassuring that you can message whenever you want and get a response within 48 working hours. Also the phone line is ideal when wanting to speaking to someone directly and relatively quick to get through during the early times of the day. Nothing to complain about its just annoying that it took nearly 6 months to complete the purchase on a property that had no chain and fairly straight forward. Molly and her team were very friendly and did keep me informed when they received good news only had to chase a couple times. In terms of price I do think its very good value for money considering other companies charging alot more for no particular reason. If i were to move again i would use PM property lawyers and would recommend to other family and friends.

I found pm property lawyers friendly and easy to contact. They dealt with both the sale and purchase and worked to get both cases completed on the same day. I spoke mostly to Molly Lancaster who was helpful and straightforward. I found it was best to follow up emails with a phone call and there can be a wait, I did however get the information and updates I needed.

I’m afraid I chose low cost, when perhaps with hindsight, using a local company would have been the better option. While the conveyancing was carried out as it should have been, communication was poor and to move things along always took a call and prompting to get things progressed. The ‘everything online’ option seems like a good idea but I’ve learned my lesson. That said, the staff were always friendly and professional, the job got done and it cost around £600 less than anticipated.

They were very thorough when it came to dealing with all enquiries, paperwork, sellers solicitors, estate agent and myself.
They did everything they were meant to and even listened to me babbling on woth my questions when I needed to understand something.
