Emily was very pleasant and helpful in my situation and was quick to respond to my questions, which I had quite a few and some were probably simple to work out but she always answered them professionally. As things stand I’ve decided not to go ahead and take my matter further, however if I need assistance again in the future I will be in touch with Emily again.

Great solicitor

Emily became my solicitor when I came to her office hysterical after my child was taken by his father. She worked professionally and efficiently and was able to advise me best going forward. She is a great solicitor and understanding. She really helped me through to my child arrangement order and I became stronger and confident with her representing me. Thank you so much Emily.

Name change by deed poll was fairly straightforward.
Slightly inconvenient to be going back and forth solicitors to collect documents, get them witnessed then return them for verification.

Emily Wales in the Bridgend branch was always professional and very understanding. Conversations were easy and Emily would always take the time to listen. The advise she gave was honest and clear, but most importantly realistic which is what is needed in times of difficulty.
The values and behaviours Emily displayed upheld those of Redkite Law so I would definitely recommend.
