They were always ahead of the other solicitors in the chain, making sure that everything was done on time, and constantly chasing. They were also really communicative throughout, letting us know reasonable timeframes for various milestones. I understand very well that lots of UK solicitors have preference in responding you slowly and not so careful when preparing & reviewing your legal documents. However, she is not this kind. She responded our queries swiftly (always within the same day) with very detailed elaborations while she would also provide us with professional and feasible advice. For instance, there is some miscommunication in our seller's side regarding some fixture in the property, when I informed April of that, she told me that she would handle it for me without any hesitation. The outcome is very satisfactory.
