There attention to detail, excellent professional service. speak so you understand them, very thorough. They constantly update you with what's happening, which I find extremely important. My elderly mother visited this solicitors to revoke a previous POA and put in place a new one. Her initial meeting was met with a lukewarm reception and relative disinterest. This was October 2021. By December 2021, nothing had moved forward on instructions. Eventually the paperwork was arranged with many errors to fix. By February 2022 we hadn't heard anything so followed up with a call to discover that the revocation for the previous POA hadn't been actioned. Eventually we received the new POA by April. The invoice however was very quickly sent!
