I used Lyons Bowe for my conveyancing in a house purchase. I was kept well informed at the start with the online checkpoint diagram on the website which shows the typical stages of conveyancing work. However, half way through it stopped being updated. Edward and Reward have been very responsive to my queries during what I imagine is a very busy time for homebuying, and when I needed an urgent answer or update, they were happy to take my call on their direct line. My only feedback is on the occasional typos in some documents which I had to send back for correction before signing. However, this would not put me off recommending them as they corrected these very quickly.
