Rainer Hughes is the best solicitors you could ask for. Unlike many other firms, they are extremely professional, very prompt at addressing things, extremely on top of it in terms of pushing things forward and very organised. I was really very impressed with them when we bought our house and again when we sold it. We had Senay Talat this past time we hired Rainer Hughes and she was amazing. Extremely professional and reliable. Can't speak highly enough of them and I thank them all for the work they've done for us. Will be using them again in the future.

Sold a house in Brentwood after probate,
Second time of using this firm. Speedy transaction completed in under 10 weeks.
It was a single house with no chain. Final bill was exactly as quoted. Speedy response to emails and question. Acted professionally throughout dealing with company.

Senay has been honest, clear on the advice, and guides with her experience and knowledge of house purchases. Senay and Harley from her team are very much process driven. At times I panicked but they made sure all my questions are answered or actioned as appropriate meticulously. When the vendors were delaying they took proactive steps with lenders to make sure I complete the moment the vendors are ready and thanks to those proactive steps I was able to complete the purchase when I expected it to.
