Dental Negligence Claims

This Company are terrible and dishonest, avoid them at all costs.

I appointed this Firm to deal with 2 cases of dental negligence one for myself and one for my brother.

I was told that each case would take a maximum of 2 years each.

In the end it took over 5 years on each case and this was without them even going to trial.

There were endless delays, most time it took 3 months or more to get responses from them and the Medical experts they appointed.

They never complied with their own client care responsibilities or response times.

There were so many errors I can even recall them all.

In the end due to to T G Baynes and the misinterpreting the medical experts opinion, they force us to settle both cases for less than 25% of what they had valued the claims at for damages and future treatment.

I argued with them to change their stance as the medical expert later corrected their error in what they misinterpreted in his opinion, but they refused to change their stance.

I am convinced this is because they did not want this to go to trial, as they were sure the judge and the defense would tear them apart due to their many failings on both cases.

I put a complaint to the Chairman Mr Clarke about this, he refused to respond.

I then requested him to supply me with the full client files, he refused for months, even when I complained to the information commissioner's office (ICO) and the solicitors regulation authority (SRA)

Finally after over 1 year they sent me a box of paper for each case, but refused to supply the electronic file.

However when I supplied this to a professional negligence (PNS) solicitor to look into T G Baynes failings, the file was reviewed and it was incomplete. The PNS wrote to T G Baynes and requested the electronic file and also specifically the documents that were missing.

T G Baynes again refused to supply them, the PNS has also raised it with the ICO, the SRA and has also now had to apply to court for the release of the documents.

They have no respect for the law, which is hypocritical and Ironic for a law firm.
