Having lost 2 prospective buyers it was becoming frustrating but then we agreed an offer from our next buyer, it was 3rd time lucky! Took money from me ignored all my complaints got information incorrect passed information on when no longer being employed this is against GDPR I investigated the person involved to find they have been relieved from a previous job position and is known to the SRA I have now log fraudulent practices with the SRA as the company have not responded to their own complaint procedures and con not explain where the money had I gone

We were recommended Kelly by our mortgage broker and reached out to her last year as we were going to auction bidding for properties and didn’t manage to win a bid. Kelly was very helpful and reassured us that we could reach out to her at any time we found a property. Roll on 14th December 2021 we went to auction and won two lots. Contacted Kelly to let her know that we won and we were purchasing 2 plots of land and needed her help, Kelly responded immediately and said yes she can support with the purchases. The auction house said we would have 28 to 42 days to complete the purchases especially as it was coming up to Christmas. I advised the contract stated completion hat to take place by 7th January 2022. But they reassured me we would be given more time and they emailed the sellers solicitor asking that they confirm that we would get 42 days. Sellers solicitor did not confirm and would not respond to emails!. Everyone was off from 20th December 2021 to 4th January 2022. After Kelly kept on chasing for a response the buyers solicitor said NO we would need to complete by 7th or incur a fine! Bless Kelly she went on supper speed and within 3 days she completed the sale and saved us ££ thousands. She worked late evenings to get us all the documents and information we needed to make sure the purchase went through on time! Always called us or emailed to update through and she was always reachable. We are so grateful for all her hard work and going above and beyond to get the purchase through. Best solicitor I’ve had the privilege of dealing with. Will not ever use another solicitor again. We will come back for our buy to let purchase once we find a property. Kelly is so approachable, polite, patient and definitely put us at ease throughout the process. Well worth every penny we spent. For which the cost was very reasonable, in reality excellent for getting a purchase through in three days from start to finish!
