My solicitors were truly world class

I was in quite a big chain and lots of solicitors involved. Considering the experience other vendors had with their solicitor in the process, Samantha, Delia, Elle and Sonya were truly standout.
Always open to giving me the updates I needed. I heard from them at least once per week.
The speed at which these particular individual processed things was amazing.
I genuinely enjoyed working with them.

Samantha Harvey - you're second to none!!

Throughout the whole process, Samantha was utterly professional and has completely changed my view of this Company from when I used it 16 years ago. In the same situation, the process took 5 months to go through as opposed to 3 weeks hence, I was very dubious about using this company, but obviously, they have clearly improved massively. Thank you so much, Sam, for all your hard work; you've been utterly amazing!

Sam achieved the impossible in selling my bungalow.

Sam easily and patiently answered my questions when I phoned.
When she sold my bungalow she and her team were kind, patient and thorough and achieved the ultimate result of concluding the sale.
When I was buying a property she saw me to explain my contract which was very helpful. With previous solicitors I did not see them when I signed the contract

Exemplary Service - Since 2017 I have been dealing with the Wills & Probate Team at Martin Tolhurst and in particular the Solicitor Sarah Begley. Initially in 2017 she assisted me in becoming a POA for my Grandmother and then following her passing in 2022 she again assisted me as the administrator of her estate. I have always found it very easy to communicate with Sarah and I will certainly always be very grateful for the help, assistance and guidance she has provided me over the years always in a friendly, professional and timely manner. Since my Grandmother passed Sarah and her team have continued to offer me excellent service in the administration of her estate and I believe the last few years have certainly run far smoother for me with their professional help and guidance and although ours was a business relationship she has often felt like a friend guiding me through some quite stressful times and for that I will always be very grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending the Wills & Probate Team at Martin Tolhurst. Thank you Sarah, Karolina & all of the rest of the team.

Samantha Newton at Longfield was our conveyancer buying our first property. From the outset she was professional, courteous and beyond helpful, catering and acting on our every need. Never have I met someone so willing to go out of their way and assist at every turn, no matter how difficult.
