    Miracles do happen!

    After dealing with our previous solicitor sitting on our house purchase file for 6 months we had nearly lost all hope... our mortgage offer was expiring, the sellers were about to pull out of selling their house and every solicitor we called couldn't help us...that was until we called Liz Dack from Whitehead Monckton. Liz has been invaluable and a -send, without Liz and her vast experience and knowledge our house purchase would not have happened. Liz was approachable, helpful, empathetic and kind and did the impossible. Liz went above and beyond, kept us updated every step of the way, explained what we didn't understand and now, we have just exchanged contracts (within two weeks of taking over our file!!) and completion is in a couple days! We are over the moon and cannot thank Liz and her team enough. Thank you so much Liz, miracles really do happen!

      Fantastic Conveyancing Solicitor

      We couldn't ask for a better solicitor to help us purchase our first property. Chantal was proactive and engaged at every stage, making the process easy and stress free. The completion took place quickly and we received our keys right on schedule. WM have good financial crime controls - an intercepted deposit was on our worry list but we needn't have been concerned.       After saying for years that I would never move, I found myself in a situation where I had to move. I had lived in my house for nearly 40 years so it was a wrench. Chantal was very kind and guided me through everything that had to be done.
